Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- the tool you used (for example, Sync subtitles) and the options you changed;
- your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone);
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- a few lines of the subtitle file that show the problem, pasted into the email.
Please don’t send whole subtitle files of movies or series: a short sample is enough, and it avoids sharing copyrighted text. Nothing you send by email is added to the website.
